Incentives'You're a star' scheme
'You're a star' is designed to help motivate people and encourage a culture of positive feedback. It currently operates within our Administration and Client Services departments in Henley-on-Thames.
It is a points based system that allows you to choose your own reward from an online shopping site.
Points are gained in various ways:
- Receiving a simple 'thank you' from a colleague allows your name to be put into a monthly draw. Each drawn name gains a certain number of points that can be used to 'buy' a reward
- Being nominated for an 'exceptional award' by a colleague provides reward points
- Being a winner of the quarterly 'exceptional award' by a selection panel provides even more reward points
And, as an incentive to nominate colleagues for an 'exceptional award', reward points are given to those whose nominee wins a quarterly 'exceptional award'. |
