Work-life balanceWork-life balance is a serious matter. Employees are entitled to 26 days a year holiday which rises to 30 days after 5 years service. We offer exceptional parental leave for both parents, well above the statutory minimum. A policy of flexible working is also pursued, where possible.
Work should be fun is the cliché, but we do try our best to help people get to know each other and provide opportunities for socialising outside the formality of the office. There is an active Sports and Social committee which is partly subsidised. This gives employees the chance to go on quiz nights, weekends away, themed nights out and sporting events like golf or horseracing. |
